Thomas Golisano, Business Administration, Pittsford, published a book called, “Built, Not Born: A Self-Made Billionaire’s No-Nonsense Guide for Entrepreneurs.”
1966
Douglas Barber , Associate Professor Emeritus of Alfred State and construction technology graduate , was honored with the college’s President’s Medallion.
1973
Susanne Kane Bostrom , Ornamental Horticulture-Floriculture, Steamboat Springs, was nominated to work on the 2020 Rose Parade floats by an American Institute of Floral Designers florist.
1974
Donald O’Leary, Business Administration, Syracuse, published a book, “ Bicentennial Abroad: A Declaration of Independence.”
1993
Brett Talbot, Liberal Arts and Sciences: Social Science, Hornell, received the Excellence in Human Resources Practice award at SUHRA Conference.
2018
Becky Eason, Financial Planning, Hornell, recently passed the CFP exam in March and completed 4,000 hours of the apprentice experience required to earn her Certified Financial Planner designation.

He was a distinguished World War II veteran, who received a Bronze Star and Purple Heart for bravery in the Pacific Theater. He was retired from the IBM Corporation, where he worked as a customer engineer for 35 years.
